Each individual may hold only one AeSexy account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and AeSexy ("AeSexy", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the AeSexy online casino and sports betting platform available at aesexy.cam (the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on AeSexy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
AeSexy reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
Registration is completed via the AeSexy Platform by providing the required personal details, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You may also be prompted to select a preferred currency (MYR is the default for Malaysian members).
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) AeSexy Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. AeSexy will close all duplicate Accounts and may confiscate any balances associated with such Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
Before processing any withdrawal request, AeSexy requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically involves submission of: a clear copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport (front and back), a selfie photograph, and, where requested, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Maybank online banking account showing your name and last four digits).
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use AeSexy solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You represent and warrant that:
AeSexy operates as an entertainment platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. Members are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits and to make use of the responsible gambling tools available in their Account settings.
AeSexy accepts the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin — BTC, and USDT). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected.
The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most e-wallet methods and RM30 for bank transfer via FPX. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. AeSexy does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been fully met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your daily or monthly withdrawal limit as determined by your VIP tier; and (d) your Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes.
Target processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and are subject to the operating hours and processing capacity of third-party payment providers.
All casino game winnings, sports bet payouts, and bonus credits are denominated in MYR. For cryptocurrency transactions, the MYR equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. AeSexy is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available to AeSexy Members are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated for each individual promotion (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM1,000 in total wagers must be completed before withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus becomes available). Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., roulette, baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely — specific rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
AeSexy actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee returns, and claiming bonuses using multiple identities. Where bonus abuse is identified, AeSexy reserves the right to void bonus credits, confiscate associated winnings, and close the offending Account.
Unclaimed or un-activated bonus credits will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Once expired, bonus credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All sports bets placed on AeSexy are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform at the time of wagering. In the event of ambiguity, AeSexy's adjudication shall be final. Markets may be suspended or voided at our discretion where there is evidence of match irregularities or where the integrity of a market is in doubt.
In-play betting markets reflect real-time match conditions and odds may change rapidly. Bets accepted during in-play are binding at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. AeSexy is not liable for delays in odds updates caused by connectivity issues on the Member's side.
All casino games on AeSexy operate under certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer titles, are streamed from regulated studios with professional dealers. Game outcomes are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant game session.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and sports markets. Limits vary by game type, market, and Member VIP tier. AeSexy reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any Member at any time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AeSexy Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
AeSexy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; (b) KYC documentation cannot be verified; (c) fraudulent or irregular activity is detected; (d) a legal or regulatory obligation requires us to do so.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met. Bonus credits are non-refundable upon closure.
An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. A monthly administration fee of RM10 may be deducted from dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy charges being applied.
All content on the AeSexy Platform — including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of AeSexy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from AeSexy is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AeSexy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected; delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; or unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
AeSexy's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
AeSexy is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Members with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at any time.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AeSexy's operating jurisdiction. For Members based in Malaysia, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with rules agreed between the parties.
Before escalating any dispute, Members must first contact AeSexy's support team in good faith to seek resolution. AeSexy will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days. Records of all relevant transactions and communications should be retained by the Member for the purposes of any dispute submission.
